We ship out all orders within 1 Business Day from our warehouse in Rotorua, New Zealand

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you wish to return a club please email admin@thriftgolf.co.nz with your order number, name and the product you wish to return/exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange or return, it must be lodged within 15 days of your order date. For the item to be returned or exchanged it must be unused and in same condition as when received. Shipment of the goods back to our address will be at cost to the customer. Our team will inspect the item(s) upon arrival for any damage to the products, where we will either approve or reject the exchange/return request.
In the case of denial, the item(s) will be sent back to the customer (free of charge). If approved, we will organise the requested refund or exchange. In the case of exchange, postage back to the customer is free of charge.
TRADE INS
Yes! we are currently taking trade-ins in exchange for store credit only.
If you are wishing to trade-in your clubs, please email admin@thriftgolf.co.nz or send us a DM through our social media channels with photos of the clubs, and the brand, flex and model.
Yes, once the trade-in details have been confirmed we will send through a courier ticket. The clubs will need to be boxed up to avoid damage and the courier ticket provided will cover the shipping costs. Once we have received the clubs and approved, store credit will be emailed to the customer.
ORDER STATUS
The orders tracking number will be emailed through once the order has been sent out. If you have not received this please email admin@thriftgolf.co.nz

If your order says delivered but you have not received, please get in touch with us admin@thriftgolf.co.nz

PRODUCT QUESTIONS
Yes, all photos are of the actual clubs for sale, we have provided multiple photos to show the condition of the club head, shaft and grip.

We accept all major credit cards, Afterpay, Zip, and Paypal.
Yes, we currently offer Afterpay and Zip payment options. These will be available in the checkout section.
